    Welcome to Review Our Interaction (“ROi”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at https://roixi.com (the “Site”) and our online reputation and review management SaaS platform services, including our dashboard, AI assistant, and automated communication tools (collectively, the “Services”).

    The Services are owned and operated by Review Our Interaction in partnership with My iT Guy Rob. By accessing the Site, registering for an account, subscribing to our plans, or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are explicitly prohibited from using the Services.

    1. THE SERVICES
      ROi provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to help businesses analyze, generate, monitor, and share online customer reviews.
    • Review Automation: Users may utilize the platform to invite their customers to leave feedback via customizable email, WhatsApp, SMS, and on-site QR codes.
    • Reputation Safeguards: The platform includes an optional private system built to capture feedback from dissatisfied customers, allowing businesses to handle grievances privately.
    • Review Sharing & Widgets: Users can display their best reviews on external websites via carousel feeds or social media templates.
    • Tech Stack & Support: Services are hosted via Amazon Web Services (AWS). Ongoing support and maintenance are managed through a 24/7 online ticket system.
    1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
      To access the platform, you must create a user account. You agree to:
    • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
    • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
    • Promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Site or your account.
    1. CUSTOMER DATA AND COMPLIANCE
      As part of the Services, you may upload or input contact details (such as names, phone numbers, and email addresses) of your customers to send review invitations.
    • You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations required by applicable communication laws (including anti-spam legislation and local telecommunication rules) to contact your customers via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
    • You are solely responsible for the content of your customized message templates. ROi acts strictly as a service provider executing transactions on your behalf and assumes no liability for unsolicited messages or lack of required end-user consent.
    1. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
      You agree not to misuse our Services. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
    • Using the platform for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose.
    • Sending spam, deceptive communications, or malicious content through our SMS, WhatsApp, or email integration systems.
    • Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with the security features of the AWS infrastructure or dashboard interface.
    • Using our AI assistant or video review features to generate defamatory, abusive, or explicitly inappropriate content.
    1. FEES, BILLING, AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
    • Pricing and Plans: Access to certain platform features requires a paid subscription. Current pricing and plan tiers are detailed on our Site.
    • Payment: You agree to provide a valid payment method. All charges will be processed in accordance with your chosen subscription plan.
    • Renewal and Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your dashboard interface before the next billing cycle.
    1. SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE
      We are committed to providing ongoing platform updates at no additional cost. While we aim to deliver reliable service, scheduled system maintenance, cloud downtime, or software updates may occasionally cause brief interruptions. Support requests must be submitted through our official 24/7 ticket system.

    1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
      Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, dashboard interface, software algorithms, AI tools, logos, and custom graphics are the proprietary property of Review Our Interaction and its partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for your business operations in accordance with these Terms.
    1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
      THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL ALWAYS BE SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
    1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
      IN NO EVENT WILL ROI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS (INCLUDING MY IT GUY ROB) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF DATA ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
    1. GOVERNING LAW
      These Terms and your use of the Site and Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
    1. CHANGES TO TERMS
      We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant updates by revising the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
