You can privately receive any negative reviews and allow you to reconcile issues without it going public. Positve review can be sent to public platforms and can be replied to right in our system.

    After you select and pay for a monthly or annual plan, ROi is entirely free to use for the entire length of your subscription. You can create an account, read and request reviews, and interact with clients without added cost.

    5. How can I request reviews from my clients on ROi?
    To request a review, log in to your account, and click on the “Request a Review” button. Follow the prompts to ask your client for a review through SMS, Email or WhatsApp. You may also, use our QR Code to display at your location or on business cards and ask your client to rate and comment on their experience.

    6. Can I edit or delete my reviews?
    Since or platform allows you to choose what rating you want to keep private, there should be no reason to have to delete or alter reviews you receive. You can decide what reviews you want to make public and the ones you wish to remain private.

    7. How can I report a suspicious or inappropriate review?
    If you come across a review that violates our community guidelines or appears suspicious, you can report it by clicking the “Report” button on the review. Our moderation team will review the report and take appropriate action.

    8. What should I consider when suggesting to a client writing a review on your platform link?
    When asking a client for  review, ask them to be honest, fair, and provide as much detail as possible. Ask that they share their personal experiences and consider how their review can help others make informed decisions.
